We are at your disposal and will do our best to fulfil your special wishes - it could be, for example, the preparation of a bouquet of flowers, champagne, wine, spa tickets waiting for guests in the Suite. In order to do so, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance in order to determine the details and individual pricing.

The flats located on Niepodległości and Tkacka Street have private guarded parking spaces, in the underground garage. The additional charge for parking is 40 PLN/day. For the other facilities, you can use the public parking spaces of the City of Szczecin (fee depending on the zone). Parking details are sent the day before arrival with your check-in information.

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 11:00.
Earlier check-in and later check-out depends on bookings adjacent on the day of your arrival/departure. We will confirm the possibility of early check-in 1 day prior to arrival.

All necessary accessories are provided in the flat, if you need extra towels or bed linen, please let us know before your arrival.

Each of our flats is equipped with a kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around the flats.

Smoking is prohibited in all our flats. Some flats have balconies where you can indulge in this pleasure.
